Practice Schedule

  • Tuesdays 9:00--10:00 PM at Calvary Presbyterian Church (1940 Virginia St., Berkeley, CA)
  • Practice schedule will change for major holidays. Please check with us before showing up for the first time!

2012 Tuition and Fees

Federation dues, insurance, and misc: $25/year for those who are already a NCKF-affiliated kendo dojo's member. For iaido-only members: $145 ($25 NCIA, $70NCKF and AUSKF and $50 Berkeley dojo administration fees) per person per year ($120 if under 18).

Dojo tuition: $135 per person per year ($70 after July 1)

All fees are non-refundable and must be paid before a student starts.
NCIA-affiliated guest students: $5/practice.

Example 1: Annual fee for a Berkeley Kendo Dojo member = $135 + $25 = $160.
Example 2: Annual fee for a iaido-only member: $135 + $25 + $70 + $50= $280



Berkeley Kendo Dojo Iaidobu is a non-profit organization under Berkeley Kendo Dojo , and member of NCIA.
